Liability waiver and model release are agreed to during the ticket purchase.

It is a sad sign of the times that we have been dealing with the health concern due to Covid-19 that has ravaged the US and the world.  We suggest proof of a vaccine or a negative test result within a week of the start of the workshops.  We will have a few tests available during checkin as needed.  This is entirely to protect you and others, and is a safety measure for the combination of an enclosed area and aerobic nature of the instruction. 

Of course, we cannot predict things that may happen, however if there are changes, we will contact attendees. No refunds.   All sales are final.  If you cannot attend, you of course may sell your spot to another student.  Selling or transferring your spot is your responsibility.  If you do transfer your spot, please send us notification, so that rosters may be updated and forms completed.

Some portion of the workshop income will go to the GreaterGood.org organization to help those whose lives have been forever altered. A portion of each attendee’s fee will go to the GreaterGood.org in support of humanitarian efforts in the Ukraine for people and their pets.

Yes!  Miss Parker is quite able and welcoming to less experienced dancers.  It will challenge you, however you will learn so much, and an incredible opportunity to learn.  Just remember to enjoy the ride and that you're here to have fun!

Belly dance fusion is a great way to learn new ways to move your body, which will help you in your dance journey whatever is it.  Learning new moves can open creativity in your own dance style, and several fusion moves or combos are adaptable to other styles such as cabaret.  You'll be learning from possibly the once-in-a-lifetime event with Jill Parker!

Jill, in my opinion, has two styles that I’ve seen and learned from her.  One is the smooth moves and feisty flair of fusion, and the other tends to be more earthy which definitely shows the roots of all belly dance from North Africa and the Middle and Far East. 

Three days of in-person intensive dance workshops, three dance workshops and a discussion workshop with a legend in modern fusion belly dance.   You have the Friday Meet and Mixer and the shopping all weekend!  For Early Bird tickets, you will receive a thank you gift as well.  You have an opportunity to perform on the same stage as a legend, and a post show dance jam.  You have a choice of sold-separately show tickets, general or VIP (closest).  

We priced the show separately so that you may choose a general admission ticket or the upgrade VIP ticket which is in the closest rows.  

The Hyatt is our home hotel where our activities will occur.  It is beautiful along the river and has an on-site bar/restaurant and coffee station.  We get a good discount for our group.  139$ for king/queens for single/double occupancy.  149/159$ for three or four occupancy.  Group code is G-DNC2.

Not at all!  You are welcome to stay anywhere that you want, whether it be another hotel or with an in-town friend.

Hello, I’m your host Alexandra Wolf.  I have danced for most of my life in some way.  I have performed, taught and choreographed for several years, as well as previous gymnastics state collegiate champion and member of Boeing skydiving team.  I take photos, particularly of people and dabble in other art endeavors.  Currently I teach three dance styles and create multi-level choreographies with Amira Dance Productions in Wichita, KS.  Current dance endeavors can be seen at loveCalypso.com.   

After producing smaller events, I wanted to do more to support dancers, performing art, and introduce Wichita, Kansas to new visitors.  From the beginning, my top priorities are to host a high quality, safe, fun and respectful event for you the participant.  I believe in win-win-win scenarios where there can be benefit to others partnering in a venture.  This is why I wanted to host the incredible Jill Parker as her methods reflect quality and joy as well,  as our decisions reflect.

Our goals are similar.  This is why I’m teaming with the incredible Jill Parker as her methods and objectives also fit these priorities.  She is a beautiful one of a kind creative and inspiring artist, who has inspired so many others in her experiences and world-wide travels.
